Runway
The Colonnade
A 200-foot oceanfront arcade transformed into a working runway. Palms, marble, the Atlantic as backdrop.

The Venue
A 1939 Art Deco landmark on Collins Avenue. Taken in full for four days.
One of South Beach's original Art Deco hotels, the National sits directly on the Atlantic — a single, complete building with its own beach, its own colonnade, and the longest infinity pool on Collins Avenue.
For four days, the entire property is ours. No shared lobby. No rotating crowd. The runway is built into the colonnade. Dinners are on the terrace. The Lounge takes over the spa. Programming flows from the beach deck to the salons to the rooftop — uninterrupted.
